WEBSITE PURPOSE
Fleet Source America assists businesses, fleet operators, contractors, municipalities and other organizations with identifying and procuring commercial vehicles. We may also help coordinate transportation and provide introductions to vehicle dealers, financing companies, fleet-management companies, leasing providers and vehicle-service-contract providers. The website provides general information and a way to request availability, pricing and assistance. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to purchase a vehicle and does not obligate Fleet Source America or any dealer or provider to supply one.
NO BINDING OFFER
We work to keep the information on this website current and accurate. However, vehicle listings, prices, specifications, photographs, flyers, estimated delivery times and other website content are not guaranteed to be current or accurate and do not constitute a binding offer, purchase agreement, guarantee or reservation of inventory.
A vehicle transaction becomes binding only when the applicable parties execute the required purchase, dealer, financing, leasing or other transaction documents and any required funds are received and accepted.
VEHICLE AVAILABILITY AND INFORMATION
Vehicle inventory is subject to prior sale and may change without notice. Vehicles may be located at manufacturer, dealer or third-party holding facilities throughout the United States.
Fleet Source America makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information; however, vehicle descriptions, specifications, equipment, mileage, model year, pricing, photographs, vehicle-identification numbers, transportation costs and availability must be independently confirmed before purchase.
Photographs and specification sheets may depict representative vehicles or previously delivered vehicles. An available vehicle may have identical or substantially similar specifications but a different vehicle-identification number.
PRICING, TAXES AND FEES
All pricing is subject to confirmation. Unless expressly stated in writing, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, title and registration charges, documentation fees, transportation expenses, financing costs, leasing charges, service contracts, governmental fees or other transaction-related costs.
Volume pricing, promotional pricing and manufacturer programs may be subject to eligibility requirements, purchase quantities, deadlines, location restrictions and other conditions.
PURCHASE DOCUMENTS AND SELLING PARTIES
Vehicle purchases are completed under separate written agreements with the applicable selling dealer or other contracting party identified in the transaction documents. Those documents control the final vehicle description, seller, purchaser, price, payment terms, warranties, delivery obligations and other transaction terms. If any website information conflicts with signed transaction documents, the signed transaction documents control.
PAYMENT, FINANCING AND LEASING
Payment, financing and leasing are subject to approval and to the terms established by the applicable dealer, lender, lessor or fleet-management company.
Fleet Source America does not guarantee approval, rates, terms or availability of financing or leasing. Any financing or leasing relationship is governed by separate agreements between the customer and the applicable provider. Fleet Source America does not receive compensation for fleet or leasing company referrals and is independent in operations from all such service providers.
TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY
Transportation assistance may be available through independent third-party providers. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by vehicle location, weather, carrier availability, mechanical inspections, manufacturer procedures and other circumstances outside our control. Transportation charges, delivery responsibilities, inspection requirements and risk-of-loss terms will be governed by the applicable transaction and transportation documents.
WARRANTIES AND VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACTS
New vehicles usually include an applicable manufacturer’s factory warranty, which must be serviced in or by a manufacturer approved facility. The manufacturer’s written warranty terms control all warranty coverage, exclusions and remedies. Optional vehicle service contracts may be available for an additional charge. Vehicle service contracts are separate agreements governed by their own terms, conditions, exclusions, deductibles, mileage limits and coverage periods and are contracts between the purchaser and the service contract provider. Fleet Source America does not expand or modify any manufacturer warranty or third-party service contract and assumes no liability associated with any warranty or vehicle service contract claims.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The website may provide information about or links to dealers, manufacturers, lenders, lessors, fleet-management companies, transportation providers, service-contract providers and other third parties. Fleet Source America does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, performance or contractual obligations. Your dealings with a third party are governed by that party’s own agreements and policies.
PERMITTED USE
You may use this website only for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not:
• Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the website
• Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission

Fleet Source America disclaims warranties concerning website content except for obligations expressly stated in signed transaction documents. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
